SCR saved me a lot of stress and work

SCR had a challenge to find an appropriate support worker for my Edinburgh client. Not only does he have specific challenging needs that limit options of candidates but Edinburgh has a competitive market and employing privately is not easy when there are plenty of other opportunities for employment with more competitive benefits such as annual leave and sick pay entitlements.

However they managed to find someone who is so far proving well matched. My client likes her and she is picking up on his needs pretty quickly. She is also good at keeping in touch with me which is a good sign!
